AUTOMATIC STREET LIGHT CONTROL SYSTEMS

The device Lightmate Auto Sensor - protector (Optical Sensor) consists of a circuit housed in a pole mountable sheet moulding compound (SMC) enclosure consisting of control sensor, mcb based overload protection, mcb based by pass switch (Auto/Manual) for maintenance purpose, power contactor, and closed/open type terminal blocks for connections.  The control unit optical sensor is part of the enclosure and is based on Micro Processor with non-erasable programming.  The sensor designed and used with surface mount technology with complete sealed for reliable performance.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

      SINGLE PHASE:

  •  Wiring  Supply (Input) : (Phase – Red, Neutral – Black and Lamp Load –Red)
  • Pole Mounted with suitable bracket and cable gland fixing holes
  • Cabinet should have an open able door for connections, maintenance etc.
  • The cable entry should be from bottom through cable glands
    Closed/Open Type Terminal blocks, cable glands etc. should be suitable for proper size cable.Terminal blocks should be based on spring clamping and be suitable for clamping of conductor of proper conductor size.
  • The enclosure should posses the electrical circuit diagram.Double Locking system should be provided with single common key (optional)

THREE PHASE:

*    Wiring  Supply (Input) : (Phase1 – Red, Phase - 2 –Yellow Phase -3 – Blue
and Common Neutral – Black for both input and output).

  • Lamp Load (Output):  (Phase1 – Red, Phase2 – Yellow, Phase M-3 – Blue)
  • A separate neutral provided and connected with black wire
  • Pole Mounted with suitable bracket and cable gland fixing holes
  • Cabinet should have an open able door for connections, maintenance etc.
  • The cable entry should be from bottom through cable glands
